Speaker Meet

A powerful and thought-provoking evening on Lifestyle Medicine for the Urban Believer. Dr. Karthik Natarajan reminded us of a few hard truths: * Don’t outsource your health decisions to social media influencers * Looking fit doesn’t mean you are metabolically healthy — proactive master health check-ups are essential * Treat food as medicine, not entertainment * If you consume calories, you must earn the burn. In a world chasing trends — intermittent fasting, high-protein fads, quick fixes — the message was clear: science over hype, discipline over shortcuts. Rtn: Siddharth Bhaiya Also updated the floor on the Projects, Grant and congratulated the Club on a fantastic pickle ball tournament. The Magnum Annettes Club kickstarted its very first event with a bang a Fireless Cookout that was all about creativity, colors, and of course, delicious food! Each team was given a country to represent, and the challenge was to dress up, decorate their table, and whip up a dish inspired by that nation. The results were as vibrant as they were tasty from zesty Mexican tacos to delicate Asian sushi, mouthwatering Lebanese delights, and an irresistible Italian sandwich roll. The fun didn’t stop at the food there were icebreaker games to get everyone laughing and bonding, followed by a high-energy round of musical chairs with a twist, that had the room buzzing with excitement. Friendship Day

Friends, fun, fellowship at Magnum, these are practically synonyms. But throw in a dash of friendly fights and cheeky banter, and suddenly the entertainment soars to another level. If all that energy had to be summed up in one event, Friendship Fellowship at Mahjong room. Dressed in packs, everyone walked in with a cool, carefree vibe. Once the antakshari kicked off, the room exploded with screams, laughter, playful trolling, impromptu dances, and priceless quizzical expressions. With yummy starters and steady pours of alcohol keeping spirits high, two teams looked like sure-shot winners. But in a twist worthy of a Bollywood climax, the underdogs snatched victory in the final, non-antakshari round leaving everyone in delightful shock. All credit goes to their captain. The food was fabulous, the karaoke segment with Sid Bhaiya and Ashish Kukreja taking the mic. absolutely stole the show. An afternoon of great food, great music, and even greater fellowship.
