Community Service A Gift of Mobility - Wheelchair Donation On 23rd July 2026, the Rotary Club of Madras Magnum, through its Magnum Smiles initiative, donated a wheelchair to Mr. Sarath Kumar, who tragically lost both his legs in an accident. The wheelchair was received on his behalf by his mother and his wife. Made possible by the generosity of an anonymous donor, this heartfelt gesture aims to restore a measure of mobility, dignity and independence to Mr. Sarath Kumar in his everyday life. Community Service Food Donation at Charu Home for Aged On 9th July 2026, the Rotary Club of Madras Magnum, through its Magnum Smiles initiative, spent a warm and joyful evening with the residents of Charu Home for the Aged. Members of the club served evening tea and snacks to the elders and celebrated the birthday of Annette Deeya Kankaria by cutting a cake together with them. What began as a simple gesture blossomed into a heartfelt celebration of companionship, as smiles, laughter and fellowship filled the home.
